The bathroom door design is not pleasing to the eye

Nice boutique hotel in a small alley. The location is quiet but also very close to main conveniences. Friendly and helpful reception staff, efficient housekeeping, and the room is well appointed with a nice shower in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet is excellent.

Breakfast is great becasue there is a lot of choice of breakfast foods to eat and you can eat all you can for free. The location is great, away from the city located a few charming sois away. The room was okay not great but the staff are dressed in concierge uniforms and their is someone to take your luggage to your room.

The room could have had thicker walls.

The facility is a no frills hotel. Good for the budget traveler.

The room was old and a bit old fashioned. The hotel can definitely use a new renovation. In addition, I did not have any hot water.

The localization is good, the staff is helpful and polite, the breakfast is very delicious...

The amenities are not so good, our room was a double bed, the bathroom was terrible, without an exhaust fan, all the steam from the shower went into the poorly ventilated room, the air conditioning had a strange smell, and the whole room smelled of mold and dampness.

Clean, good location and good price (not expensive). My relative who came joined me on this trip told me the breakfast was delicious and filling.

Thin walls? Can hear neighbors if they speak loudly but nothing too bad.

Bed by City hotel is an amazing hotel in the middle of Bangkok, easily accessible by MRT Sam Yan station, but also not too open that it is subject to the noise of highways (it's inside an alley). They provide complimentary bottled water, softdrinks, coffe/tea and a few snacks every day, as well as a laundry service for a small fee (depending on what item/number of clothing). The free breakfast option also has something for everyone, whether you prefer a rice meal, bread/cereal, or fruits. The staff are also very helpful, from being 24-hour duty to accommodate my check-in at almost midnight, and they are very understanding of my situation (i'm asking them post-stay for some document proof). For a rate of just around 1400 THB per day, I am very happy with the service I got. I will definitely consider them again when I next visit Bangkok!

Little bit far from the main attractions. Metro is nearby though. We had to get a metro or grab to roam around the city

Everything! And my criteria list is long and detailed, having lived out of a carry-on bag for months at a time. All staff were polite and ready to please.

The location was convenient for every place we wanted to go the staff was amazing the facilities were top notch I liked everything about it

The only negative was the lack of a chef for one day when we wanted to eat again in their restaurant a second time but the food was awesome

I liked the hotel and extend my stay for a few days, in general it is a affordable hotel with good breakfast.

- I stayed for five nights and it was all fine despite one day before my last day I informed the housekeeping to do my laundry and he said ok but then when I returned to my room in the evening the laundry wasn’t picked up. gladly the front office managed to get my laundry done tomorrow morning before I checked out.- for some reasons it couldn’t handle the payment using my debit card and I had to pay THB 6000 in cash, which was quite a lot and annoying. never experienced my card got declined except at this hotel. not sure if the problem was my card or their payment device.

The hotel staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and they provided all amenity you would need. Breakfast was tasty with enough range of food/drink to choose from.

Reaching where the hotel located can be a bit tricky due to connection to naroow streets around it. Google map led us through the wrong street.
